Yukon I want to preface this by saying that this is my first negative review online for a business. We took our brand new 2025 Yukon here for its first service. About a month later I noticed an upward bulge in the hood -it obviously had to be from something left on top of the motor and then shutting the hood creating a dent from the inside. The hood has not been opened since we purchased it new. Toth GMC did our first service and were the only ones to open the hood since we purchased the vehicle brand new. We called the dealership to ask if they had video and could review to see if someone accidently had shut something in the hood. I talked with the manager Samantha and she informed me that they did not follow protocol by taking pictures of the vehicle before servicing it. I asked multiple times if they could review videos and Samantha never would answer that question, instead always changing the subject. She asked me to send pictures and told me she would check with her body shop and what the manager of the body shop said. After about two weeks she called me back and told me that they do not use tools while servicing vehicles therefore there was no way they could have done this. I would love to know how you can change the oil without tools, not to mention that they could have left an old filter, phone, cup, flashlight, etc. and shut the hood causing this dent. I again asked Samantha if they could check the videos and she changed the subject telling me I have no proof that they did this. I can not speak for their sales department, but I would not risk taking your vehicle for service here, given the way that they treated us with this matter, and not following their own protocols. I would love to speak with someone higher up than Samantha to try and find a solution and the truth about this incident.

If you live in PA or out of Ohio don’t bother going to this dealership. They won’t take anything but cash as your down payment, won’t take a Cashers check from your bank even if it’s made out to them or a cashers check from the loan department of your bank even if they can call to verify. Now the would make an exception to take my cash and cashers check and hold the car for two weeks until I could get back out to pick it up..yea that was so nice of them !! This deal was on a C6 Corvette that had been my dream since 2005 and now it’s crushed. Not only will I stop looking. As a 2024 GMC loyal owner, I will never buy another GMC as well..I went through a week of xxxx putting financing together only to have this dealership crush a long time dream…. And if you have issues don’t bother emailing the owner, you won’t get a reply !

I highly recommend you avoid Toth Buick GMC on Arlington at all costs. My experience with their service department has been nothing short of a nightmare. I took my 2016 Silverado 1500 in for repairs after an accident in December 2023, thinking a GM dealer would be the best place to handle my truck. Boy, was I wrong. From the beginning, the repairs were sloppy. After the first visit, they aligned the wheels, replaced an upper control arm, and did some cosmetic work. But almost immediately, I noticed my driver's side door, which had been damaged in the accident, wasn't closing properly. I brought it back, and while they "fixed" it, it was still misaligned. Then, to make matters worse, my air conditioning stopped working. I took it in, and after a recharge, they told me they couldn't find a leak. I had to take it back FOUR more times before they finally admitted there was a crack in the condenser. By then, it was months later, and my insurance refused to cover the cost, since I’d reported the issue too late. As if that wasn't bad enough, I began hearing a loud 'clunking' noise from my driver side wheel – the same area that had been hit in the accident. I brought it back over and over, but they couldn't diagnose it or even bother to help. After speaking with one of the owners, Nick Toth, he was completely dismissive, blaming the issue on the age of the vehicle and making it clear they had no intention of helping further. Now, over a year later, the damage to my suspension has only gotten worse, and when I finally brought it in for another inspection, they found a broken ball joint and front stabilizer link. But of course, they refused to admit that their poor repairs had anything to do with it. They offered to resubmit to my insurance, but the chances of that being covered were slim at best. Nick Toth's attitude was childish and unprofessional, and it’s clear he’s only in the position he is because of family connections, not skill. He has no regard for customers or their concerns, and his dismissive behavior only made matters worse. If you value your vehicle and your time, stay far away from Toth Buick GMC. Their service department is a joke, and their management clearly doesn’t care about providing any real help. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere – you’ll regret it if you don’t.

First time at this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised of how friendly everyone was! I found a vehicle online, so that is why I came. The sales person, Dustin, was very extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed the process because he was so personable. The whole staff was great!

We bought a 2023 gmc terrain and John winkler was our salesman and the experience was amazing. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the experience painless if you need a vehicle call John winkler I’m sure your experience will be amazing too

I purchased a used chrysler van from John Winkler a sales representative at Toth Buick in the fall 2022. John and the staff made the transaction easy and explained everything about the van to me, however being a used van a few weeks later i had some issues with the van I was amazed that after only one call to John everything was resolved perfectly The van now runs like new ! Before the van i leased a Buick Encore from John and again a perfect experience. I would highly recommend Toth Buick and definitely John Winkler if a purchase is in your future.
