Honda I will never go to performance Honda for anything
Honda I will never go to performance Honda for anything ever again and will tell everyone I know to never come here. Two years ago I had an issue with my ac so I took it in to get serviced. It turned out it was my compressor shaft seal and was covered under an extended warranty. Now two years later my AC goes out again, I take it back, they look at it and Keith calls me to tell me it’s the same issue and that it’s still under warranty and that they can fix it no problem just that it wasn’t in stock and to call back the next week and check for the part. I asked if he could leave my keys up at the front desk for me to pick up since I got off when the service department closed. He told me he would, only if I left him a good review. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I call back the next week, the part is in, I drop off my car only for Keith to call me back a few hours later saying they had a second master mechanic look at it this time and it’s not the shaft seal but the compressor itself and that it’s not under warranty and it’s gonna cost me $2,600 plus tax. I ask if there’s anything they can do since they told me it was something else the first time and now they’re saying it’s something else because I don’t have that kind of money on me and it’s been 95°+ recently. He tells me we can speak to a manager. We wait a whole day no call, we call back he says we’re not gonna talk to a manager, he’s just gonna email the district manager instead. We wait for him for another whole day, nothing. We call back again for him to tell us that they’re actually not going to talk to us at all and to just call customer care. They had my car m-f cause we were waiting to hear back from the manager only to be told no manager was going to speak to us. On top of that when I finally was able to pick my car up I got in my car only to see that my trunk is open and when I went and looked they had slammed my trunk on my blanket in the back and put a big hole in it. I ended up having to file a complaint with Honda customer care which took 2.5 weeks, they finally get back to me and tell me it’s all covered 100% and to call and schedule an appointment and that I could call their service supervisor to verify all the information. I call and had to leave a voicemail for John and never heard back from him ever. I end up just calling the regular scheduling department and schedule it for pick up on my off day a week in advance. They pick up my car only for Keith to call me 4 hours later and say “I guess they forgot to order the part for your car or maybe they had it at the time and was hoping they would have enough by the time your car came in” and that it won’t get fixed till the next day. No apology or anything. He then asks me who my husband is even though my husband isn’t on any paperwork for my car and has only spoken to him twice out of the the minimum ten times I’ve had to call. After I tell him he says “oh now I remember who you are”, why did it take for you to hear my husbands name to remember who I am after I’m the one who’s been talking to you for weeks. He offers to give me my car back but if I took it I would have to schedule another appointment to get it fixed AGAIN. I call back later to ask if I could get a rental, and end up talking to Kaitlyn. Even after I tell Kaitlyn what had happened instead of offering me a rental she just tells me they can give me my car back. I didn’t call for my car back because it’s still broken. They finally give me a rental, Brianna from the rental department was great and very nice but Keith, Kaitlyn and John were terrible. Keith finally calls me the next day to tell me my car is ready for pick up and had the audacity to ask me for a good review even though “it took us a while but we got it fixed for you”. You guys didn’t fix anything for me. I had to call Honda myself to file a complaint after dealing with Keith and performance Honda and it ended up taking 6 weeks total.
