Great experience, from the time I arrived till the time it was time to leave because the car was finished being Service. Hayden was very professional listen to what my needs were got right on. All my pilot needed was an oil change and tire rotation I was in and out there within an hour. This is awesome Service. I’ve been coming here for a while. I purchased my first CRV from Jeff Wyler on Colerain. The engine had a problem they couldn’t figure it out so I bought it to Performance Honda. It was diagnosed and fixed that day ever since then I’ve been coming to Performance Honda, I have ended up buying three pilots from Performance Honda and the service that needed to be taken care of was awesome every time they treat me like a king up there and I really appreciate it when you get good service it makes your life so much easier thank you..

Performance Honda went beyond what they could have done. Katlynn fought for us to have warranty work done when we were 3 days beyond the warranty period. I love how they stood behind their warranty. Katlynn was great to work with and kept us informed of the progress that was being made on repairing the car. Absolute WORST company to deal with! Was jerked around for a month trying to get my title and lied to 4 times by several different managers as to where the title was. Will never step foot in the dealership or recommend for anything

Josh Metz at the door and we proceeded to talk to him about getting a new car. He rode with us to try the car out as we requested that he ride. He explained how everything worked in buying a new car and he was very thorough. He has a great personality and a great smile. We would recommend him to our friends. He will do well as he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with us in every way possible we went in the next day to take registration and title and he came out to the car with us and we had a few questions. He answered those questions. He is an asset to performance we would come back to him again. It was a pleasant experience and a very expensive experience, but where our loving our car thanks to Josh and also I must mention the Financial fellow was very pleasant very knowledgeable funny and he got the job done.
