Had a great experience with Performance Honda Fairfield. I came in for a second opinion of a necessary repair after initially going to another dealership in Cincinnati. Performance Honda fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. The staff was very good at explaining the issue and easy to interact with.

We are in the early stages of car shopping and reached out to Performance Honda along with a few other dealerships. It was maybe 2 minutes before salesman Conrad contacted me and man this place is amazing. Within no time at all I had a walk around video I asked for and all of my questions answered. The sales manager (forgot her name) also followed up and was amazing as well. Since they are 4 hours away, we haven't had any space in our schedule to go look at the car but I would put this place on the top of my list on places to buy from and I'm still hoping the Volvo we looked at is still there shortly as we finish our car shopping journey as I'd love to buy from these guys. Definitely can't go wrong with this dealership and the many positive reviews you see are for a reason. Thanks so much Conrad for your professionalism. While we haven't committed to anything yet, you guys are still top of the list when we do. The Trestka family

My experience with Katlynn Hornsby. I needed to have my windshield replaced. Katlynn explained the process and was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable regarding the process. As I was trying to determine how I could get my car to the dealership for the repair (I caregive my 97 year old Father) she immediately told me about the valet service that us offered by Performance Honda. This totally reduced my stress on how to get my car there. I have owned 3 Honda's and been a customer with the Service Department for over 20 years. I appreciate the excellent service that I have received from the Service Department and the Service Advisors.
