I had a warrenty item that need repaired; I took it to...

I had a warrenty item that need repaired; I took it to the service department on Wednesday and was told to bring it in the next day at 7:30 AM. I returned Thursday morning at 7:30 AM and at 2:30 PM I was called telling me my vehicle was fixed and I could pick it up. Dewayne France was very friendly and professional getting my appointment and getting the work completed.

The service department gets the car finished quickly and is very competitively priced to independent mechanics. Both Jim and Dewayne know who I am and treat me like a valued customer. Your service department provides the dealership with a competitive advantage over other brands and independent mechanical. A great reason to continue our long relationship with Pulte.

I rated Bob Pulte Chevrolet very high beacuse of the positive experience I had while at the dealership. The appt time was observed, the work was completed quickly and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I was advised of the areas on the car that would need attention in the near future. My original sales person, Skeeter, also greeted me while I waited in the lounge. Overall experience was great.

I am new to the area, and I saw the Pulte ad on TV, so I decided to give the dealership a try for my first service in OH on my Equinox. I couldn't have been more pleased, and will definitely take my car back for its 30,000 miles service when it is due. Mr. Couch couldn't have been nicer to me, and my wait time was just what he said it would be, and so was the price of the service.

Jim was able to get my vehicle in very quickly for a recall part on my vehicle. Even though I had not purchased my vehicle at Bob Pulte, he treated me as like I had been a customer for years. Everyone was super nice and accomodating. Thanks!

I loved the pictures from the internet of the vehicle and once i saw it in person i was sold without a test drive. Dick Brooks was a very nice salesman. i gave the overall rating a 3 because even though the transaction and process was smooth, I was told the repairs that would be needed for my vehicle seats would be done within the week of purchase but actually had to wait a couple of weeks. i also was a little unhappy with the amount of time it took for me to receive my title to the vehicle, which was the day AFTER the days expired.

The service was great. I came in for a recall notice...

The service was great. I came in for a recall notice thinking I would have to schedule it and wait. They said they had the parts and was able to do it now and it would take a hour. They got it done in about 45 minutes. Saved me from having to go without my truck.
