I always have a great experience when visiting Bob Pulte's.. I was impress on my initial visit when I purchased my vehicle from Dick Brooks and continued to be amazed by the friendly and courteous attitude of all the employees when I come in for routine maintenance. Jim Couch is the definition of professionalism. He is prompt, courteous, and keeps you informed on the progress of your service. I have and will continue to recommend Bob Pulte Chevrolet to all my friends and family...

I dont think anyone will believe the 5s I had checked. We have bought many cars, but this had to be the easiest and friendliest time we ever had. Skeeter was very knowledgable and Amanda worked very diligetly to get us the financing and both had worked through closing hours to allow us to get our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Bob Pulte to anyone purchasing a vehicle. I just hope the remainig staff is as friendly as these two were. Thanks a million.

I worked with Brittany Holbrook via the web/email to schedule an appointment. Brittany was quick to respond and able to set an appointment that worked with my schedule. Upon arrival to the dealership, I met with Randy Hurst to review the scheduled maintenance. Randy was able to assist with not only my scheduled maintenance, he also reviewed the vehicle re-call notices and was able to include that with the day's scheduled maintenance. I have found my goto dealership for all my service needs!

My husband I stopped in after work to drop our car off...

My husband I stopped in after work to drop our car off for routine service and the service department was closing. Jim took the time to take all of our information (not just our keys) and wasn't in a hurry to rush us out. He kept asking us if there was anything else we needed done to the car and actually there were other issues we were having. He then made two phone calls on our behalf. He had our car pulled in to the bay to start on first thing in the morning. He further checked to see if any of the issues we were having were under warranty (which 2 were) and saved us the cost of replacement. While our car was being serviced Jim called us about a problem with our front brakes and that was addressed. Jim is very easy to work with, very professional, doesn't pressure and he made what can be a real hassle, a very good experience. In addition, we feel the price we pay for services are reasonable and the reward program is great.

had a mfgr. recall on equinox..called service dept. they made arrangements quickly to take care of the recall problem...was in and out in less than 45 minutes...service was wonderful

Wonderful experience! Getting a car repaired is usually a very frustrating time consuming experience but Jim made it quick and painless!! He even gave me a ride and picked me up at my nail salon so I could enjoy myself while I waited! Way above and beyond! Thank you!

We visted Bob Pulte Chevrolet on Monday 03/04/2013. We...

We visted Bob Pulte Chevrolet on Monday 03/04/2013. We had to have a problem checked out and resolved for our 20112 Silverado 2500 HD. This was covered under our warranty, But we recieved outstanding customer service. As well we were furnished with a vehicle for the duration of time that our truck was being serviced. This is a work vehicle and to our suprise, our truck was completely back to working order in a matter of a few hours. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to DeWayne France for his helpfullness in getting us scheduled, serviced, and back on the road for work promptly, and without any problems. Thank you again he is definetly an assest to Bob Pulte Chevrolet!
