Decided to visit the dealership and explore all the different options on the latest makes and models. An to test drive anything that peeked my interest; I was pretty sure that I was going to buy Lexus however I had no intent to make a purchase for at least another month or two. That’s until I was introduced to Roderick “Rick” The Hubble! He listened well to my needs as to what I was looking for, walk me through the inventory, took me on several test drives and was very patient with me. Took the time to explain all of the necessary an extraordinary features and benefits of each trim. I was floored by his wealth of knowledge and his charismatic personality. I am not the easiest person to work with in general nor am I the easiest person to work with when I’m purchasing a vehicle. I didn’t make my purchase that day because Lexus offers an incredible machine that the name speaks for itself but I bought the vehicle because Rick took the time to do everything right! An for that he earned my business that day! Jeff (F&I) and the used car manager, as well as everyone else that I met that day were hands-down world class ! Only gripe is that the process is a lot longer than I was anticipating and it would be nice if the folks who clean the cars hit the rims for delivery! Thanks again guys! Loving my CPO LEX!
