Everything is good so far, a have no problems

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer and I just make oil change , every thing was OK

Great service and wonderful people

My pickup had a sensor go out and left me stuck on the side of the road. Ford roadside service got me towed to Spikes. The service representative was thorough and got the truck fixed promptly. Staff was very helpful and make a terrible situation bearable.

friendly customer service

overall went well....however, was very disappointed with the limited techs available to service cars...there was over an hours wait.....usually has been 30 min. or less
