Purchased a 2013 Lariat. There was pressure . The sales person was very helpful and knowledgable. Sales person also helped me transfer toolbox and external fuel tank from old truck to new truck. I send in my ford focus for a possible transmission problem that have a recall on it. the only problem was that they did not notify me when the vehicle was ready. I had to call to find out the status on it. Besides that great service.
