Impossible to reach a human.

Impossible to reach a human. Failure to return voicemails and texts. This is not exclusive to Christina. She performed once I showed up in person. Others in service failed to respond as well. Additionally I was given incorrect info from svc mgr on refund I was expecting. I purchased my act at Essential Ford because Sunrise didn't have it but chose sunrise for service based on past experience with a prior car. My bad. Have has gone downhill.

I had a pleasant experience with the sales consultant and other people in the dealership. Would have liked if dealership sales or other staff knew more about the vehicle features and explained how they all function. I have no regrets about my purchase, and I am happy with how the deal process transpired.
