Great Experience with Tony Rossano and Darryl Malmin

I was in a pretty unique situation with a vehicle that I was upside down on. Tony and Darryl were able to get me into the car that I wanted with all of the bells and whistles at a price out the door that was well below MSRP... Including paying off my trade. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I walked away with a car that I loved rather than a car that I was ok with. These gentlemen are by far the best salesmen that I have dealt with at a dealership EVER! For once I felt like the salesmen were in my corner and going to bat for me rather than trying to make the dealership as much profit as possible. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a new vehicle... Great environment, great personalities, great service, great cars, and who can resist the outstanding Kia Warrantees? I left with a car I love at an unbeatable price and unmatched peace of mind. Having visited other dealerships in the area, I found that Courtesy Kia was leaps and bounds superior. Amazing service

Missed my oil change appointment by 30 minutes and was still taken care of. The gentleman that helped me was incredibly friendly, I wish I could remember his name. Tall dark and handsome though if that helps. He was totally feeling me too. Definitely going back.

Horrible Service

Sat there for 5 hours while my car salesman helps 3 other people that came in after me. He kept saying the system was down but yet everyone else was getting taken care of. Worst service I've ever experienced.
