Darryl Malmin- Best Car Salesmen
This was my second Kia Soul and the last time I did not buy from Courtesy. I planned again to purchase from another Kia dealer. I have high expectations when making such a costly purchase. I would say of all the cars we have ever purchased, which have been many there has never been a salesman that met the high standards of honest, follow-up, negotiation skills, closing the sale, asking for the sale and meeting customer needs. I found this with Darryl Malmin of Courtesy Kia. He has honesty, integrity and even after the sale he made sure that I was taken care of with a item I wanted added to the car. Do not hesitate to purchase your next Kia from Darryl. The credit manger was superb as well.

Amazing no-hassle car buying experience!
Before we could get up from our seat at the computer where we searched and found a Honda CR-V of interest, Tony called to set up an appointment. We saw the car the next day and was delighted with Tony's knowledge and acumen. The car was in excellent condition and we contracted on the spot. The price was below the market value for a used car and all of the paperwork was simple. We were able to obtain very favorable financing and drove the car off the lot. This has never happened so easily in the past with other auto purchases.

Good service, but waited too long.
I had an appointment and was told it would be about an hour and a half. It ended up taking almost 2 and a half hours.

Awesome Service, Great Customer Serivice
The rep went out of his way to keep me informed and treated me right from the minute I walked in for my scheduled appointment. The ending with the car wash was the icing on the cake. Keep up the great great job you're doing KIA.......

Turn in a lease car
I called the salesman that I originally leased my car from and asked if it was worth buying out my lease or turning it in at the end of the term. With in Two hrs he had all the answeres to my questions , even some other ideas that I never thought of. Tony was a great help to me and I will recommend him and the other fine people at that dealership.
