I had only expected to be able to get a used car. Gene was able to help me find a new 2013 Kia Rio instead of a used vehicle. I have the rating a score of 4 because I really wanted to stay within my price range of 300 to 400. It was close enough to my highest price that I went ahead an bought it anyway.

From start to finish all of the staff at Courtesy Kia of Brandon were very helpful in finding me what I wanted and at the price I wanted, even with my trade. There was a little mix up at the end with the numbers but it was all straighten out and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely go to Courtesy Kia of Brandon again. Thank you all!

I went to Kia of Brandon with my husband knowing exactly...

I went to Kia of Brandon with my husband knowing exactly what I was looking for. When we got to the parking lot Joe had already came out to greet us. We explained what we were looking for and exactly were we wanted our monthly payments. He worked very hard trying to get us were we needed to be. Joe was the friendliest sales person I have ever dealt with. We ended up driving out of there with my new Kia Soul in the color I wanted because of Joe's hard work and the associates he works with. I was very satisfied with the service we received there and would recommend them to anyone. Gene did a great job in figuring out and helping me narrow the search for a car. He was very helpful by answering questions and providing information that was helpful to me in determining what I needed. I went into the dealership toying with the idea of getting a car and left with one the same evening.

In the End, Very Happy wth My Experience

I purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid at Courtesy Kia. So far, I really love this car. After my purchase, I found what I believed was an error in my paperwork. Courtesy Kia resolved the problem beyond my expectations. They proved to be a company with solid ethics. I would recommend Courtesy Kia and the Kia Optima.

Infuriated

So disappointed and left the dealership absolutely infuriated. I expect the little idiotic games that dealers play with pricing in the newspaper but when I'm exchanging emails with a salesperson and they give me a specific price on a specific car (with Stock #) in their inventory, I expect that price when I get to the dealer. Finding that the price is $2,000 more than what was quoted me online was infuriating. There is no excuse for adding in the rebates for Veterans, College Grads, Loyalty etc when contacting the dealer directly. Leave that for the newspaper ads but at least in the newspaper, there are disclosures of all the rebates. We simply walked out. I have no patience for games. I had the bank financing letter and the Title of our trade-in in my hand so I just wasted 2 hours of my time at Courtesy Kia of Brandon with nothing to show for it. We drove over to another Kia dealer and bought the same car from them in 1 1/2 hours with a $2,500 saving over Courtesy Kia's price and trade-in valuation.
