I would recommend Nathan VanWalker and the staff of...

I would recommend Nathan VanWalker and the staff of Courtesy Kia to everyone. As a female, I expected to be treated as someone who knew nothing and manipulated. That was not the case with Courtesy Kia. From the moment I spoke with Nathan, to the manager of the dealership (who by the way, came out of his office to shake my hand and offered to get me a cold drink!!), it was comforting, refreshing and felt like we had been friends for many years. I appreciate that in an auto dealership because it makes me feel that they are not there just for the sale and that's it. I will be bringing my daughters in to purchase their next (or first) car to Courtesy Kia!!!

The dealership and service were Excellent. They were very knowledgeable of the features and benefits of the vehicles and of the competing cars in the class. Initially we were only going to review price and features, but they spent a lot of time showing us the different models and understanding our needs and requirements. The General Manager went out of his way to make us feel like they appreciated our business and helped to keep the whole process enjoyable. We would recommend this dealership and product line to anyone.

After just a short few months of being denied due to in my opinion a "not interested" sales gentleman, I showed interest again in a Kia Optima via internet, Ricky called me shortly after and was very enthusiastic and willing to do anything he could including being up front and to the point of whether or not I had a chance to get into a new vehicle. After doing the very simple credit app over the internet, he gave me his number to call him back which he answered immediately reviewed my application and told me to come in and he could definitely help me out. I was skeptical at first as I thought he was just doing his normal sales pitch, after telling him up front over the phone exactly what my expectations were and what I wanted, he stuck to that and still insisted he could help me out. Taking his word I showed up at the dealership and he introduced to Luz, she was very personable and had lots of information and explained the car features in my terms as well as the warranty etc. They made this car purchase the best I have ever done. Thank you both! You made one girl very happy this Christmas! I will look you both up again!

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Percy & Sal. They were both very accomodating, very friendly and very, VERY low pressure! The low pressure and laid back experience was one of the major deciding factor in choosing Courtesy (Brandon) Kia. Every single person we came in to contact with at the dealership exceeded our expectations and drove the typical high pressure - 'buy buy buy' - fast talking - just sign here... mental image that one would typically have of a car dealership and they totally changed our perspective and blew us out of the water!
