Sales experience

From the time we stepped onto the property we were made to feel very welcome and not pressured in any way. extremely courteous and professional sales staff. Andre had other customers in the showroom but made sure another associate was with us until he was available. All aspects of the purchase experience rated A+.

Good Customer Service

Gave me the price for an oil change and tire rotation. Told me it would be about 45 minutes to do. I paid what they quoted and was out of there in less then an hour.

Just bought the 33rd car I've owned from Courtesy

The purchase was a delightful experience. Rob, Anthony and Robert have all been great to deal with. I traded two cars for a 2015 Sorento EX and really enjoyed interacting with the courteous staff. They responded to my unique situation with professional attitudes and negotiated with me to reach a fair deal. This may be the last car I ever buy, and I will remember the process fondly. I'm a very satisfied customer!!

I bought a used vehicle from Brandon Kia. I got a great price and was in and out in a couple hours on a Saturday which must be a record. I had a little hiccup with the car, but I spoke to Rick who went above and beyond to remedy it. Rick comes off a little harsh but he did the right thing for this customer and I can't complain at all.

Over all the most friendly car dealership I've been to I went to wesley chapel Kia felt unwelcome they didn't even let me test drive a kia I would recommend my family and friends to couretsy Kia to anyone looking for a new or used car

I just stopped by to look & decided if a sales person came out I would leave cuz i hate the way they try to pressure you but when Brandon came out he was very friendly & down to earth, no pressure & I actually had a nice time just talking to him.
