I purchased my Kia Optima from here and their sales staff was great. They showed me, in-detail, all of the features of the Optima SXL and worked with me on a price. There is one thing that I didn't like, was that they tack on a $10,000 (yeah) price all after-the fact for a "protection package," which they don't even hint on their website. Seems like a tactic just for negotiations, however, as I easily negotiated them down from it. In the end, though, we ended up with a fair price.

Tommy was not only rude but dishonest as well as Salesman Star. We were warned by the Lakeland Kia that they did not have the vehicle on site which Brandon finally admitted to. They also said they would pay off the trade a quoted a price with payoff then Star denied. They wasted our time and never follwed through with call backs even though we were creditworthy (score over 755) and very direct on what we wanted. They strung us along until we complained to a higher authority who promised to call back but instead deferred it to Star who once again was rude and lack knowledge in her job. Tommy was very rude over the phone on a documented 3 phone calls.

Excellent sales team. We were ableto get the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new KIA.

Great dealer. Awesome salesman Fabian. He was honest and straightforward. I didnt feel pressured to do anything I didnt want to or get a car I had to settle for, like at some other dealers. I will do business again in a heartbeat. Kia's are great cars and you get so much more for the money.

We live in Orlando but our local dealer did not have the vehicle I wanted. I found my vehicle was in stock at Brandon Kia and requested an Internet price on it and a value for my trade in. Steve Doyle provided the price and after speaking on the phone, a detailed price including my trade in. When my husband and I arrived, he introduced us to Nathan VanWalker who took us for a test drive, had our trade looked at and completed all of the necessary paperwork. The car was exactly as described, there was no haggling over price as the price had already been agreed to. This was definitely the easiest car purchase I've ever made; the price was great and everyone at the dealership was very kind and professional. My only complaint is that Brandon is too far to go get my car serviced! I would definitely recommend!

We were in and out of there in 2 hours with the exact car I wanted. Nathan was friendly and very helpful. He made our experience much better than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend him.

I purchased a vehicle back in March from Sam, they were excellent! Sam especially understood how valuable my time was and made sure he only had me come in for the absolute necessity. There was no run around. I emailed that I was interested in a vechile, completed and online app, was contacted by Sam saying to come pick up my vehicle. IT WAS that simple. And they were able to work with my finaical mistakes in the past!! Way to go Courtesy Kia. Keep an eye out, Im sending friends your way!

I was looking for a clunker to get around town and saw an ad for SUV through Courtesy's Internet Sales. I sent an inquiry, and promptly received an email back which asked more questions. I responded that day. The next day, I received an email that made me think we were starting from scratch. I called the dealership only to be told that the vehicle had been sent to auction. That was the first red flag. Why would they do that when they knew someone had inquired about it.Their Internet sales pitch says that they do what they can to handle as much as possible off the lot (I assumed via email and phone). I then asked for a person up the chain so I could complain that I thought the original online ad was a scam to get people in. That's because the salesman told me, "well, ma'am unless you've been to the lot and done a test drive..." I explained to the second person that why should I have any confidence in them given the few, short interactions so far. I hung up when he started off with, "the A/C wasn't working and it probably wasn't safe to drive." I'll look else where now.
