I went to Kia Courtsey, Brandon, as my daughter purchased her last Kia Sedona from them. It proved to be a very reliable car and so she wanted to purchase another one. I made an initial enquiry by e-mail and received a response within an hour from John Williams lll. I then called at the showroom and met John who turned out to be a very friendly and good sales person. At first we were unable to make a deal but upon contacting the dealership again we were able to agree a deal. I went back to the showroom and confirmed the deal and never in my life did I think that my daughter would have a new car within a few hours. Many thanks to John who even stayed longer at his work to see the collection of the vehicle and even came in on his day off which was much appreciated. I look forward to dealing with John again but hopefully not for a few years. Great service. Thoroughly recommend. R W Black

My wife and I both enjoyed the new car buying experience...
My wife and I both enjoyed the new car buying experience with Nathan VanWalker. He answered all our questions and delivered what we asked for. He followed up after the sale. One part of the car buying that we were dreading was the visit to the finance office even though I was already preapproved by Grow Financial. Courtesy Kia of Brandon made that portion of the process painless and it was appreciated. So overall the experience was great.

I was in the market for a new car. I met Ryan where I worked. He told me about KIA so I decided to go visit.I got several emails from Andre and spoke to him on the phone before I visited the dealership. He was very friendly and courteous. John Williams really helped me out while Andre and Ryan were on vacation. He went out of his way to get my car detailed and all of my upgrades added on.I will definitely recommend others to Courtesy KIA in the future.

Jeremy is a low pressure car salesman. Negotiating with him is relaxed and without hassle. I wish more people in the industry were like him: no tricks-just working with you. I saw a used vehicle with about 30000 miles that caught my eye on their website. He called me and set up a meeting. We went for a test drive and presented me with the carfacts. I would recommend him to others.

I went in to Courtesy Kia looking for a small used SUV. Brandon greeted us and started showing us what was available. There was a used Soul that I was very interested in but the figures couldn't be worked out with the bank. After looking at others that did not interest me I ended up buying a new Soul which was within my budget and monthly payment was acceptable. I also commend the young lady that managed to get me a phenomenal interest rate, which I greatly appreciate. I would do business with this dealership again and will recommend them to friends. I have never bought a new car before and was worried...
I have never bought a new car before and was worried about all the horror stories I have heard. Of pushy sales man and hidden cost. Having to fight for a fair price and hours of wasted time. So I decided to research online and try and find the best deal. I was lucky enough to correspond with Nathan VanWalker via email for a couple of days. He answered all my questions and helped ease my new car buying worries. He told me to let him know when I was headed to the dealer and I did. It wasn't till I arrived at the dealer that I realized the importance of letting him know when I was headed there. Upon my arrival I asked for Nathan and quickly found out it was his day off. Stunned and confused I quickly stated "How could this be I was just talking to him online and told him I was on my way?". At that moment Nathan walked up. He actually came in on his day off! I know to some this doesn't seem that big of a deal. But to me it meant the world! I actually would have rather left than deal with someone else! He new everything already and I was comfortable with him. He made my day! He explained everything in detail and was the sweetest he could be! Thank to him and my husband I got the perfect car for me!
