I have never been a fan of the process of buying a new car....that said.... I must admit this was a most pleasant experience at Courtesy Kia in Brandon.. we were working with 3 separate Kia dealers and only Courtsy Kia stepped up to the plate and made the whole process almost likeable? Thanks to all those who assisted my wife and I.. (especially Steve Doyle who was so laid back and non pressure we almost had to check his pulse to see if he was still breathing) during this process.. I have already reccomended another family member to your dealership....You earned it.... By the way the car is a complete delight and the envy of many of our friends... Nice job to all... We originally contacted multiple kia dealerships to help us obtain a quote and even get into a vehicle. By far the people at Courtesy Kia exceeded any of those dealerships by sheer customer service and friendliness. We had our mind set on a certain vehicle and were even having some issues obtaining financing due to a few set backs (1099 work and credit among them) the folks at courtesy kia worked with us to find a lender and get us into not only one vehicle, but the second vehicle we had been wanting to get further down the road when we had another down payment. With their help we were able to get both at one time. Star Rueth was not pushy like you would expect from other dealers. She was very informative, patient and just an overall pleasure to do business with. If we ever need another car we will definitely seek her and her team out to do business with, and will always recommend the people of courtesy kia, and mostly her and Tommy Whelan to any of our friends who need a vehicle in the future. Thank you guys so much! We are so thrilled with our cars and now just want to go out on drives to enjoy them!! You have made buying a car a pleasure.

Jason and Tommy were very responsive and informative during the entire process. They were very punctual with their responses (the first dealer that responded to my inquiry) and made the sales process as painless as I have ever experienced. They sure know their product. It took less than an hour of computer time to work out a deal with them. They both went out of their way to make me a happy and satisfied customer. After a horrible ordeal at another dealership going to Courtesy Kia was like a breath of fresh air. I contacted Jeremy via email on a Friday afternoon about pricing and locating the specific vehicle I wanted and within an hour he had emailed me with the out the door price and assured me he could locate and get me the vehicle I wanted (as they did not have it on site). By Monday morning they had done a dealer trade and called to let me know they got the exact vehicle I wanted. As Jeremy could not be there when I picked up the vehicle that night, he left me in the very capable hands of an associate, Nathan VanWalker. He was also excellent, friendly and thorough about explaining everything I needed to know about my new car. When I went into the dreaded "financing" office to sign the papers nothing had changed. The price was what Jeremy had quoted me, actually less after figuring in my trade and the financing guys were pleasant and not overly pushy on trying to sell all the added "warranties", like most dealers. I can't thank Jeremy, Nathan and everyone at this dealership for their fast, friendly and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

Over the course of several days I have visited numerous car lots and just randomly decided to check out courtesy of Kia I want too interested at first until Sam recommended a car that fit my budget and I loved it, I got a very honest truthful response from him and his help to make sure my first car was perfect was amazing, I have already recommended several friends to go.

Tommy Whelan, John Williams and Rafael were great to work with and their follow up was excellent. I test drove a Soul with Rafael last September 2011 and was not ready to make a decision to purchase at that time. Rafael stayed in touch with me without being a nuisance throughout the year. Once I was ready, he was Johnny on the Spot and pulled my new Soul purchase deal together with the assistance of Tommy Whelan and John Williams and I received an excellent trade in for my 2008 Kia Sorento and excellent financing from Bo, the finance manager. The Courtesy Kia staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Way to go guys and what a great dealership. Courtesy Kia has come a long way since 2008 when I bought my 2nd Kia Sorento.

Great place to buy a car! Robert Leach was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He stood by us from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. It was a breath of fresh air to actually be treated like a person and not just another commission!

Courtesy Kia is located approx. 1.5 miles from my home which makes it very convenient for service after the sale or anything pertaining to vehicle.I emailed the sales rep STEVE DOYLE who met me at door when I arrived at dealership.I felt very comfortable from the beginning of new car search and through purchase transaction with both STEVE DOYLE and NATHAN VAN WALKER who also worked with me.Vehicle I purchased was a color that was not on lot but Steve & Nathan found one and had it there the next day.The KIA WARRANTY ,both BASIC & POWER TRAIN are enough to purswade a person to buy this great looking vehicle,they offer roadside assistance to boot Courtesy Kia sealed the deal with the fact that they offer you a loaner vehicle while yours is being serviced.They also offer a shuttle service which can transport me home and pick me back up since I live so close to dealership.I look forward to a lasting partnership with Courtesy Kia and all the friendly and professional people that work there.
