Courtesy Kia is located approx. 1.5 miles from my home which makes it very convenient for service after the sale or anything pertaining to vehicle.I emailed the sales rep STEVE DOYLE who met me at door when I arrived at dealership.I felt very comfortable from the beginning of new car search and through purchase transaction with both STEVE DOYLE and NATHAN VAN WALKER who also worked with me.Vehicle I purchased was a color that was not on lot but Steve & Nathan found one and had it there the next day.The KIA WARRANTY ,both BASIC & POWER TRAIN are enough to purswade a person to buy this great looking vehicle,they offer roadside assistance to boot Courtesy Kia sealed the deal with the fact that they offer you a loaner vehicle while yours is being serviced.They also offer a shuttle service which can transport me home and pick me back up since I live so close to dealership.I look forward to a lasting partnership with Courtesy Kia and all the friendly and professional people that work there.

I started looking for a new Kia Sorento at local dealers, but with my first choice I felt like the salesman there was not really interested in compromising on anything. The salesperson at the next dealer near my town was helpful and friendly, but just couldn't find what I was looking for. I called Tommy Whelan at Courtesy Kia and it was the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. I told him what I was looking for and gave him an idea of my budget. He said he would see what he could do, then called me back a short time later with exactly what I was looking for much closer to my stated budget than anyone else had come (the first salesman tried to sell me a Sorento with less options and a smaller engine for about $2000 more). Needless to say I was a little wary because it sounded so good and was so easy in comparison to dealing with the other dealerships, but decided that we would give it a try. From the moment we pulled up in the parking lot, we were greeted with top-notch customer service. Every question we had was answered in a no-pressure and friendly manner, and there were no bait-and-switch tactics, either. The exact vehicle Tommy quoted over the phone was presented upon my arrival. I can't say enough nice things about the folks at Courtesy Kia, especially Tommy.

this was the most comfortable and thorough transaction,that I have had ina long time. Willaim was very polite,Professional, patient and accurate on all quotes he gave to me. He also was very calm in dealing with my irrate boyfriend!!! lol I really appreciated someone to take their time and make sure that I was aware of all the avenues I could explore before buying my car. I really think he should be nominated the employee of the month!! he worked really hard to ensure that all was well with me to the end. I own three Kia's and did not have an awesome experience...
I own three Kia's and did not have an awesome experience when purchasing them. I remember feeling emotionally drained after the salesmen finished with me. As such, I was a tad bit concerned when I took my sister down to look into purchasing her first Kia. Boy was I surprised, we hit the jackpot with Josh!! This young man had the patience of Job and was so incredibly kind and real that he made the whole experience fun. Josh has this unique sincerity that even if he was selling land over a nuclear waste site you would absolutely trust him. I cannot say enough positive things about Josh. I absolutely would request him on any sales transaction I or any of my friends/family would have with Kia....and if he left Kia I would be more then tempted to change the make of the vehicle I purchased. I certainly think that he is a very rare breed and if you want a positive car buying experience go to Josh!

I needed a larger vehicle for my family and was hesitant...
I needed a larger vehicle for my family and was hesitant to search for the Dodge Durango I wanted... Josh offered to help me find one and there was one on his lot... within 24 hours of me contacting him I was in the exact vehicle I intended to purchase. Josh and Beau were patient, kind and helpful with our needs and worked with us getting into something taking into consideration our need to rebuild our credit history. At the same time, my boyfriend wanted a new vehicle and ended up driving a vehicle that met all of his desires off the lot on the same day... Josh met my NEEDS and my boyfriend's WANTS... all at the same time! Thanks so much! My wife and I went to Courtesy Kia of Brandon just before lunch to look at a Kia Soul. The salesman, Robert Leach showed us the Soul's they had on the lot and explained the features in the different trim lines. We found a Soul we liked and took it for a test drive and got a quote on its cost including the value of our trade in. We left the dealership to look at other cars. We had time to review their offer and compare the vehicle to other makes. We found their offer to be fair and the Soul to be the car we were looking for. This was a very pleasant car buying experience.

This is our fourth car we purchased from Courtesy KIA of Brandon, one less than a year ago. In the past we have not had good experiences when purchasing autos. Last March we had an excellent experience purchasing a new Optima. Today we purchased a new Soul and were even happier than previously. Sam Rager was our salesman, and he is outstanding. We told him what we needed for a car and financially. I appreciate going to a dealership and simply working out the details without playing back and forth games. The sales managers were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the finance officer. In spite of the rain, we had an amazing experience. I look forward to retirement in the future and purchasing our retirement vehicle from KIA of Brandon.
