It all started with a phone call, Darryl was upfront and honest which inspired me to visit the dealership. When I first walked in I was greeted by Elden Ramos Garcia he was so professional and had all my questions answered on the spot. He is the best Sales consultant I’ve ever worked with and so likable. I wanted to order a brand new Telluride EX from the factory and as we were speaking the new car Mgr. Mr Bassam Hamdar rounded the corner heard us talking. They took me in the office went to the Computer and ordered the Telluride with what I wanted in it. Mr Bassam Hamdar even introduced me to the ordering Manager! And he was super as well. Bassam and I talked about fishing and gave me some of his best places to fish . He was just a great guy. When my new telluride came in it was flawless and Elden Ramos took his time with me and went over everything with me and twice sometimes. He has the paitience of a Saint and also recommended the proper Cloth to clean the dash screen so it doesn’t scratch . Everyone at Courtesy Kia was fantastic, I mean it !
