Terrible dealer that is very dishonest.

Terrible dealer that is very dishonest. Required a REFUNDABLE deposit to get the final details and when Sunset Kia in Sarasota was $8000 they have played games refunding the deposit. After getting Kia corporate involved they say they mailed a check but for only half the deposit? Keeping a refundable deposit it just unethical and wrong.

The service department did a wonderful job getting our

The service department did a wonderful job getting our car back on the road after a theft attempt Christmas Day. They kept in contact with us throughout the process letting us know that they were working with our insurance company, getting parts, and when it was done. They also made sure recall parts were taken care of as well. I am pleased with the work they did.

Ashley Craig is always very pleasant and gives great customer service! I’m not happy that every time I bring my car in for service there is some additional service that is recommended. My car has less than 40,000 miles on it so I question trying to push additional service.
