Mi experiencia con los vendedores y el advocate de servicio han sido excelentes. Pero el servicio es lento, demasiado hasta para un simple cambio de aceite y filtro; Hasta 4 horas esperando. En una ocasión me dicen tu carro está por salir después de horas esperando y yo le digo como si mi carro sigue ahí, donde lo estacioné… ya era hora de cerrar, no me hicieron el servicio ese día. Luego lo hicieron sin costo, pero eso no recompensa las horas perdidas allí. Si algo deben mejorar es eso, el servicio del taller de mecánica,

The staff was very knowledgeable. They were a bit off on wait time. I was told wait time would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. I believe I was there 3 hours

Excellent attention. A very pleasant atmosphere. The representative Jenny was very kind an helpful, allways trying to provide me with the best service.

I can’t speak for the other service advisors but nick was amazing very fast, very responsive, and got me in and out quickly with all my needs met. Great job overall
