On time.

On time. Forgot to reset my odometer for next service. Waiting area always clean. Washed when returned.

I've dealt with the service and body shop and both

I've dealt with the service and body shop and both departments need a lot of help. I trust nothing that either one has to say. They have terrible customer service. They have no communication with the customer and just leave you hanging. I was told I would have my car back at 4pm on a Friday and I didn't get it back until Tuesday. Service manager likes to talk to down to you. I will never do business with them again.

I had made an appointment for an oil change.

I had made an appointment for an oil change. Initially when I called I was told that the system didn’t take it and that I would have to reschedule. I went to the dealership and the supervisor said no problem, we will take care of you. I had taken the time off from work to do this based on a sale that was happening and expires on January 31. At first I was disappointed until I believe David the supervisor made it right. Not to mention Erich who is always so genuinely nice. Thank you for all you do.

Taz made my car buying experience so convenient! I have a newborn at home so he helped get everything prepared over the phone prior to my arrival. I was in and out in record time and am in love with my new Telluride!

I would strongly recommend Nick Edwards at Kia service department. He has been my service advisor twice for services needed on my 2021 Kia Seltos, and he is extremely helpful.
