As a retired service member, I’ve served around the globe and put a lot of miles on the vehicles I’ve owned including multiple Kia’s. In turn I’ve worked with a lot of auto dealer's but none have gone so far above and beyond like courtesy Kia Of Brandon. They are a straight forward, honest dealership with a customer focus that was refreshing. My service advisor Angelique in particular went out of her way to help when the 2017 Kia Optima my daughter is driving while away at school in Tampa started to exhibit the dreaded excessive oil consumption that sometimes affects the 2.4L engines. I may have been 400 miles away but she was there every step of the way for us. Even after we got my Kia running great again. Though not her responsibility Angelique stepped up once more when a crack began to develop on the dashboard over the passenger side airbag which was likely caused by Florida’s excessive heat. It was wonderful knowing that someone had my back even in my absence.
