I had a wonderful experience here, I worked with Nicco DeAbreu and he was very polite, informative and chill. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision one way or another and he didn't mind all the questions and requests I made through the process. They even reached out to me a week after my purchase to see if I wanted to bring my car back in so they could go over the features again, in case I had questions. I would absolutely recommend Nicco and Courtesy Kia of Brandon to others.

Go to any OTHER dealership but this one.
BUYER BEWARE! I stopped by to see my lease end options. I was treated very well up until the point I decided to go home to think about the options given to me. The initial terms they presented were “non-negotiable.” Additionally, Josue, the used car manager “grounded” my vehicle without my authorization making it impossible for me to see any other dealerships because he was “under the impression” we had made a deal. He said he submitted a reversal order and that it would take 24-72 hrs to clear. I called Kia Finance after 4 days and The technician stated there was no reversal order ever submitted. He lodged a complaint against Courtesy Kia. If you want to gamble with your money, give them a chance, otherwise, go somewhere else.

Bought a 2022 Kia Sorento PHEV from Victor Torres. The actual dealership was mediocre but Victor was amazing to work with. We heard about him Victor through word of mouth. He was patient and courteous throughout the process. He kept us updated throughout the car searching and buying process. We felt like he was on our team rather than trying to exploit us. We did have to wait longer than expected for our car but that is just the market these days. I hope we won't have to buy another car in a long time but plan to work with Victor again when that time comes.

There is not enough praise for Jenny Monge, Service
There is not enough praise for Jenny Monge, Service Advisor. She went above and beyond to help me with a claim through car shield!! She worked closely with me to help me get my repair taken care of in a very timely manner. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, even the young man who drove the cars back and forth, I didn't catch his name, but he remembered me on my many trips back and forth and was so gracious and friendly. We all know car issues are stressful ... and the staff, especially Jenny was amazing to reduce my stress level and get results. I truly can't thank you all enough!!

Been coming to Courtesy for years. Every time I’m here Jenny Monge has and is consistently making my in person experiences at this dealership amazing. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable. Whatever she lacks in knowledge or experience she will diligently seek out and get answers. She will let me know about in warranty vs non-warrantable, recalls, special bulletins on my vehicle, dealer specials and veteran discounts. Jenny will level with me and help me make the best decisions for my vehicles ongoing maintenance and repairs stress pressure free. Jenny follows up by phone and in person like a pro and timely. I am not sure where she gets all of the energy to offer all of her customers the same level of attention to detail. She’s never rude and only short with me to drop off a call to work on an answer or solution right away. Jenny texts me as needed. She walks me to my washed and vacuumed super serviced car and always offer me a shuttle or Uber or drink when dropping off my vehicle. If you need a discount because of your budget she will help you get as much as the dealership offers many times without question. I have a family of 6 with 2 Kia’s on a tight budget so you cannot imagine how these extras like a free car wash or a best low priced part reduced costs helps the pockets. I am on my 4th Kia (3rd with Courtesy) and with services like this along with Kia’s quality vehicles made and robust warranty all I’m thinking about is going back to Courtesy Kia first on my next purchase.

Brandon was the best!
Brandon was the best! I forgot the other guys name that was supposedly assisting him but he was a total bully and kept raising the price on everything I wanted! Brandon is the guy to see and Joe in finance is my buddy! He helped me get the best interest rate and made my payments affordable! I would’ve been more happy with the model of Sportage I wanted but of course the other salesman repeatedly made it impossible!

Greed! Worst Dealership in America
Dealer would not let me purchase a vehicle without a trade in. My credit score is 790 and I had a check in hand to pay for car. I will never recommend anyone to this place. They are so greedy they are selling cars over MSRP and want your trade in to make even more money off of you. If you cant offer them a trade in they don't want your business. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will make sure to write a bad review on every site I can to ensure people don't waste their time trying to buy a car from the worst car place in America. I have been treated so well by every other dealership I have been to. This dealership cares only about your money, they had no interest in helping a more than qualified buyer purchase a car that was needed due to greed! Do yourself a favor go anywhere eles.

Careful
Be careful folks. They will tack on thousands of dollars of optional services and not tell you. Things like gap insurance, service contracts, coating, etc. I had to go to the dealer and get them to take them off when I discovered them. In addition, my wife had been trying to contact the salesman Eldin but he has not retruned her calls. I guess they do not care about customers after the sale.
