This was my second experience at this location.

This was my second experience at this location. I went in with my Family and Frank was extremely helpful. Frank was very detailed about our purchased and made sure my family was pleased with their selection. I would definitely be back to purchase again. I highly recommend Frank as a salesman! Thank you again!

Best car buying experience that I have had yet.

Best car buying experience that I have had yet. Everyone was helpful and courteous. No pressure and good listeners! Found the exact car that I wanted and at a fair price for both parties. I know because I do my research! I highly recommend "Elden Ramos" in the Sales Dept. This guy is good........5-STARS

Just spoke with dealership at Brandon Kia, Finance

Just spoke with dealership at Brandon Kia, Finance Department, as while they were preparing the sales contract they took the vehicle to the service department and applied a $550 rain sealer to the windshield without my approval. He states that he told me about this on two different occasions which is a complete LIE as a witness was in the room the whole time. THIS IS A COMPLETE Fabrication and I want my $550 returned to me ASAP. CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ YOUR SALES CONTRACT AND ASK QUESTIONS... By the way the General Manager is FANTASTIC and will go out of his way to help the customer. The sales person was also great. Wish other people at this dealership were the same.

There us no need to respond as your finance manager called me a liar with a witness present stating he told me two times about the rain protection. This is a complete fabrication. The vehicle was brought into the service department behind our back for the unapproved service. You have two options in this case....return my $545 fee or pay me the $545 when we meet next week in Tampa Smalls Claims Court.

I just moved here from our of state a few weeks ago....

I just moved here from our of state a few weeks ago. Through True Car, I had an offer to sell my vehicle at a decent price so I came up there. I pulled into the Kia parking lot, not sure if I was in the right place, and one of your salesmen was a sarcastic xxxxxxx who was too busy treating me like I was stupid for not recognizing the dealership than as a potential customer looking for a new car. So I got right back in my car and left. And I'll never be back. For no purpose, under any circumstances, will I ever get a vehicle from Courtesy Kia (ironic name) and probably not any of the related dealerships either. FFS, you're a Kia salesperson... do you really think you have room to be sarcastic and chase off customers? I reached out to others in the organization but I'm sure no one cares. Let's go Brandon and Courtesy Kia!

Frank... Talk to frank, he is amazing. Frank made our experience a smooth one. First off, we ordered a brand new kia soul turbo weeks before finding Courtesy kia. We used a local dealer in columbia sc and after waiting 7 weeks just to find out that we may have to wait 60 more days we started searching for on hand inventory. Our search found the exact vehicle my wife ordered on the lot at Courtesy Kia. Frank is the internet sales director and spent hours working everything so that we knew just what to expect. We rented a one way rental and drove 504 miles on saturday morning. Arrived at 10 am and Frank went to work making sure everything was perfect for my wife. Everything Frank had hands on was great. only isssue was a miscommunication that had us trying to sort why the finance manager Leroy had the interest rate way higher. It got sorted and we were on our way. Id happily make this trip again to support a great salesman.

I went to the dealership as a cosigner and they changed...

I went to the dealership as a cosigner and they changed the paper work on us . They put me as the primary buyer and also put my name on the registration. I just wanted to help them obtain a car , not to be the primary owner. Now if there is an accident with injuries , i can be sue even if I have no use of the vehicle . Just because they listed me as the primary owner. Don't let this happen to you.worst dealer I have deal with in a long time .

3 times a charm or maybe we’re just stuck with incredibly bad service from a dealership that doesn’t take care in approving the details of their work! After having my car for a week due to them scratching while giving me a free oil change (what’s the saying, nothing is ever free? Yeah.) our car was also re-tinted because the original tint on our BRAND NEW 2022 Kia Carnival but it’s worse than it was before! There’s a visible scratch in the tint. I don’t know what to do at this point! They charge to tint your windows and to give you floor mats and I have gotten neither done right! There are so many reviews about their sales people, service and fighting for the rights of your warranty. Why are they allowed to have under handed practices and give bad service? This dealership needs to be investigated for faulty practices and poor standards of service. Employees with consistent complaints shouldn’t be employed anymore and efficient training is necessary. If you can’t park a car, you shouldn’t work at a dealership!!! Don’t go here, take the extra drive somewhere else!
