Horrible experience. Struggled to get them to honor...

Horrible experience. Struggled to get them to honor warrenty.. when they finally did.. I had to get my own rental..took car home and now new problem and I have to find my own tow truck. It was running when they started.. just used a lot of oil..DONT BUY FROM HERE..this rating above is bogus

Bought a new KIA RIO at Brandon dealer. The salesman Jim Darity was truly exceptional. He even drove the new car to my home to save me a trip back to the dealer.

Excellent Customer Service by Tony Lockett

Tony Lockett approached my son and I as soon as we arrived. He asked how he could help, answered all of our questions, and took his time making sure we were taken care of. Tony was very knowledgeable, personable, and truly seems like he cares about the customer. I highly recommend giving Tony and Courtesy Kia of Brandon your business.

Nico was Incredibly deceptive, unprofessional and rude....

Nico was Incredibly deceptive, unprofessional and rude. Questioned our motives and decisions financially when we weren't comfortable with the payment. Dragged out the process and showed us bogus numbers to get us to agree to the next step. Wanted to force our hand on the co-signer we brought for a just in case but ultimately it wouldn't have made a difference but he wanted . Have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. This would be our 5th vehicle we have bought and it was really bad. We were going to buy a brand new car and just were treated so poorly we are looking elsewhere. The business manger there is also full of it and says one thing and does another. This is a tricky time to buy a car and they are only going to say yes to you if you have a trade in, willing to pay a very high payment $800+ and putting down a bunch of money. They will use all sorts of excuses to tell you there's nothing they can do for you that you're just stuck. We have a descent credit score and they just treat people inhumane. Go to the other Kia dealers!

I want to Thank Tyler in financing and Frank the best salesman I have ever encountered. I purchased a 2019 kia optima with little to no credit . The entire process was quick and smooth. Joe Rios is the absolute best finance manager! This past Saturday June 5, 2021 he got us into a 2022 Kia Stinger🙌🏻 The process went very smooth. He is such an amazing person to work with! Our salesman was Marc Ricardo he was an excellent sales guy, very respectful and down to earth. As we were testing driving, he received a call and he politely asked if it was okay for him to answer. The experience with both Marc and Joe was awesome. Thank you both for everything! If you are looking to buy a car, I would highly recommend Joe and Marc👌🏼

Don’t give a deposit!!!!

Do not put a deposit down with this dealer. After I did they said it is non refundable but never said that prior to the deposit. All conversation was via text and no mention of non refundable.

We had a terrible experience at our local dealership so...

We had a terrible experience at our local dealership so we decided to give this one a call on a whim. The market for Tellurides is insane right now but luckily they were expecting the exact one we had been searching for, in just a matter of weeks. We completed almost the entire deal over the phone and submitted our deposit electronically. Upon arrival of the vehicle, we were promptly notified and the team stayed past closing with us to complete the paperwork, as well as, show us features of the vehicle. Until we bought this car, we have always dreaded dealerships due to the shady behavior. However, when we walked into this dealership, our original deal was 100% honored. Frank was informative, patient and truthful throughout the entirety of the process. Tyler, in finance, completed our paperwork promptly without pushing any unnecessary costs onto us. We are blown away by this experience and don’t intend to shop anywhere else in the future.
