Super friendly and welcoming. Frank was amazing! He helped my parents with their car, so we requested him for mine. I would definitely recommend him to others in a heartbeat.

Purchased new vehicle 3 years ago. Have had a couple...

Purchased new vehicle 3 years ago. Have had a couple minor issues with it, but when I bring to the dealership, they can't find the issue. I even have video of the issue. So their service is so so. Recently with the Pandemic, they offered valet service. Only to find out they will only valet cars within 5 or 10 miles of the dealership. So, for those customers outside that radius, you are xxxx out of luck.. Called to speak with the General Manager about it, and never got a call back. They love to sale cars here, but that is about it. Once you are out of the door, you are on your own. I will not buy another vehicle here, I want a dealer who can give me a fair price, but stand behind what they sale. Look elsewhere.

The salesman that answered my inquiry was Nicco DeAbreu....

The salesman that answered my inquiry was Nicco DeAbreu. He started off nice and seemed ok. I let him know I was a 4 hour drive away and wanted to come see it that weekend. No holds. So ok, I work and my kids have school. I find another deal only 2 hours away and they are willing to hold the car, no deposit until the weekend. I inform Nicco I'm going there first. He now becomes rude and mean calling the other dealership liars and other names. He works for the number one and no one matches them. I also informed him other than holding, the car is already 9k less (same car) before special offers. He again calls them dishonest and to let him know how I like the liars. So I let him know afterwards that it was totally honest, even a bot for sale sticker on the car, and was more than 9k less after everything. Everything they told me was honest. If I am being honest, after they way he acted I would never buy a car from this man, ever! Highly do not recommend him, as I cannot speak for the dealership as a whole. I knew I wanted that exact make and model and it was a done deal but he made me look elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle from another dealership due to my experience. Nicco DeAbreu , the salesman that was rude has my number. At this point, I just want people to know the truth about what happened since it seems the dealership Google reviews have been restricted and not just anyone can leave those reviews. Other salesmen might but great but Nicco is the worst I have ever had in my life,

Bought my New K5 from Courtesy Kia of Brandon last week and my Sales Representative Victor Torres was the best, brought out 3 different vehicles for us to try and answered every question and was never pushy a great purchase experience. My next purchase will be at Courtesy Kia and we will be looking for Victor

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Jhon at this dealership. I was in the market for the new Telluride. Why ? You ask we travelled 3 hours to purchase a car. Well for starters the Kia Dealerships in our area weren’t treating us RIGHT. (*clears throat* Gunther Kia). Secondly, Jhon is AAAHHHHMAZING!!! I did a internet search for the vehicle he wanted, Jhon gave me a call, they corresponded via text and email, and walla the rest is history. He was able to take care of everything over phone including the down payment. But he went above and beyond when he picked us up at the airport. As promised we spent minimal time (1 1/2 hours) at the dealership signing papers and completing financing. Jose, our financing guy; professional and transparent. He respected that we knew what we wanted and did not try to over sell us an exorbitant amount of add-ons. Thank you for that.
