Salesman quoted Jesse with 2 year old car at $180 month..Finance doubled that amount. Wont buy or lease from you ever again. Very poor service department.

Excellent Pleasant and No Pressure Sale
Drove 60 miles to Courtesy Kia, as I was not happy with my hometown dealer. Got to Courtesy and showed the Manager a print out of the car that I wanted from their inventory. He had Jim Darity , the sales person walk me thru a test drive and all the options on the car. Jim is so, so humble and polite and not pushy at all. Very nice man to work with. Sale went smooth with no unpleasant haggling and I received a much better price than my hometown Kia dealership on the same car ! Ask for Jim Darity when you go to Courtesy Kia of Brandon (although they are on the border of Tampa and Brandon), and Jim Darity will treat you very nicely and professionally with no pressure to get you a great deal.

Unorganized Auto Group
Extremely unorganized business. Buying a car from them has been an unnecessary inconvenience in my life. They "lost" the original price we signed on, called back asking for more money as a down payment before realizing they had the wrong offer. Then, after having all of our requested documents and information (pay stubs, proof of residence, etc), waited to finalize the sale on their end. When they could not get one last piece of the puzzle complete (as I was out of town on vacation) threatened that they would need the car back. We had our new vehicle for 3 weeks at this point. Up to this point, these were all only minor issues that I shrugged off. However, when they sent my plate, tag, and title to the wrong address (my father had cosigned, so they sent to his house on the opposite side of the state) I was a little upset. As the temporary tag expired, my wife drove up there to have them give us a new temporary tag until we received the real one in. My wife is literally 40 weeks pregnant and due any day, hence why we bought a new and reliable family car. I was pretty surprised when they did nothing to fix this problem for us, one that they created by being sloppy and having no attention to detail throughout this transaction, and sent my wife away without another temporary tag. I would not recommend buying from this dealer. Kia's are a great car, but I highly recommend buying somewhere else.

A very Complex Case
I walked into the dealership upside down and feeling defeated. Andres listened to me and was able to find the right car that suited my needs and fit into my budget.
