New vehicle lease
I'd previously bought two vehicles here and paid cash for both at same time. This time traded my wife's KIA Soul in and leased a KIA Nero hybrid. Sa lm essman said lease would run about $180 month...after going to finance and signing papers..you'd think I was purchasing a house, one of the last pages...always save best for last eight? Turned out lease was twice what salesman quoted us. Her car was only 2 years old, low mileage and only got $11 000...worth a lot more than that. Every time I go in there, it's make sure you rate us a "5" on the survey...Sorry guys...we went be back. Nor will we refer anyone to your business. Next time I'll order my vehicle on line myself. Told to come back next day by salesman so he could explain all features...my wife called...he acted like he never heard of her. We never went back.

Awesome Experience!
We buy all of our cars from Courtesy Kia and we recommend them to our friends. We have no complaints and have always received a very fair deal. Our "go to" salesman is Armando. Dan the finance man is easy to work with too.

Was willing to purchase a Kia stinger today
Walked into the dealership interested in the Kia Stinger. Told the salesman upfront I’ve never driven a Kia or even looked at one. I wanted the Kia stinger GT. The first thing he does is profile me and judge me about my income. Saleman was roughly around my age (late 20’s) and when I told him my yearly income he seemed surprised. Then came the credit app that I refused to look at until I even test drove a car. After the test drive I decided I was interested in the car. However not from this dealer at all. They basically lost a deal today since I’m already approved for well over the value of this car. But I guess they decided to profile instead of make a sale.

Unexpected Purchase
Si our 2nd vehicle gave up on us this week , and we were really not looking forward to going through the hassle of purchasing a vehicle, but like most families we needed another reliable car, and I won’t regret my first choice of going to courtesy Kia of Brandon and talking with Armando Andrade the sales rep that helped us, he was a very helpful and exceeded in his services , he gave us different options when we told him our budget , integrity is something you have to watch out with some sales reps , but not with Armando , he made this purchase a walk in the park . We drove out happy customers with our new Kia and Armando’s services . Thank you .

Theft taken place
I went to Kia to get my truck repaired, and not only was my truck repaired, but so was $252.00 taken. $30 in change, Tv’s at value of $202 and my dash cam at value of $20. I contacted the service advisor as soon as I noticed my change missing, and contacted the service when my kids noticed their TVs was missing, and then I noticed my dash cam was missing. Today marks a month that I have yet to speak to the service manager, that stated he would call me back. I have yet to also receive my refund, that was stated that I would receive within 7-10 business days. I wanted to be sure that anyone that goes to this dealership, that receive service, to take anything valuable out because obviously the mechanics that work there aren’t trustworthy to be around things of value. All I want is my things replaced. Because I trusted this dealership and the name doesn’t fit how I’ve been treated.

Gas mileage to a tank reduced by 60%
Very poor customer service. John veltri didn't go through with the promise of fixing my vehicle and really inconvenience me. I don't want any other disabled person or any other person to have to go through this.

I had a wonderful experience with our sales guy Armando Andrade, he was so attentive and patient and knew exactly what we were looking for in our visit to the dealership.
