Nathan Vanwalker lie just yo close the sale
Horrible experience, my mom went to purchase a car and the sales prerson Rosa Rolon lie to her and take advance from her due she is a very adult person plus does not speak english very well. The Finance Manager Nathan Vanwalker force my mom to keep in the contract to mant fees and warranty that she expecify does not want in even a car treatment for $889 that never was explained to her. They took advance from her and did not even translate the contract. Now they said nothing cant be remove or even cancel and its no even two weeks. His excuse is the bank paid already! What? She asked what im signing and they lied to her. Never come back again. Please dont add products on contract not requested not expkained at all. And then say we give you this for free... and you have to get this to get approved thru the bank...

KIA Niro Purchase
My wife and I started our new car search thinking we would buy a Jeep Cherokee. We did some online research and looking and then found the KIA Niro. We already owned two KIA's (a Sarento and a Sportage) and we found that the Niro was a size in between those two. We then did a TrueCar evaluation and found the price in our price wheelhouse. That is when we received a call from Rrich Freeman. He was very helpful and forthcoming regarding what we would ultimately pay for this car. At one point I even told him when we ,et face-to-face that it was his positive attitude towards assisting us that brought us to his dealership. He continued to present that attitude throughout the purchase and delivery process. He even made a trip to our house to deliver a part the was ordered for our car. During that visit he took extra time to go over the features once again because, as everyone knows, when you buy a new car, you want to just get in it and go so you are NOT always listening to the specifics. Glad we had the opportunity to have Erich as our salesperson!!!!!

Eirch was my salesman so to be honest, this guy was awesome He look out for my needs wasn’t pushy at all and was super cheerful and got me the best deal possible was a great experience and he went out his way to help me and my family out with a car I deff recommend asking for erich

2018 Sorento purchase
We found our SUV on your website. Asked for someone to call us at 4:30pm. Bryon called us right back and we set appointment for 7pm that night. It was waiting for us when we arrived and Bryon met us and we got thru everything and was driving out at about 9:15pm. Everything went smoothly and we were very happy with our Sorento and the service we were given.

2018 Soul ! Purchase
Test drove a car on Tues with salesperson Logan. Showed us the exact car my wife and I asked to see. No pressure at the time, the saleperson just let us check out the car. Emailed the salesperson on Thurs, worked out some basic number, provided some additional paperwork before walking back in. After a little haggling with the sales manager Anthony, got the number to where we needed to be and drove home in the car we wanted at the price we wanted. All in, about 3.5 hours of time, but we did have a bit of a unique situation so I can't complain. All in all, I would recommend these guys to my friends no problem. Noticed after we got home, rear wiper blade was missing. Texted salesperson and picked up one no problem. Pleasure doing business with Logan and the dealer.

Absolutely avoid Kia of Brandon
Walked in and sat with a salesman. Said I was interested in seeing an Optima and maybe a Cadenza. Man hands me a paper and asks me to write my name, social security number, date of birth and sign. I specifically said "You're not running my credit, right?" he said "No, we go based on what you tell us your credit is at this point" So I said "Ok, I worked hard to get my credit where it is, I don't ever apply for credit unless it's necessary" he went off... came back with some keys to an optima.. we drove it, came back, I didn't like it. The manager came out, suggested another type of optima.. we looked at that.. I didn't really like it.. eventually I left. I checked my credit when I got home (about 7 hours after being in the office) and my score had dropped by 2 points due to a HARD INQUIRY by Kia of Brandon!!! They said they were ABSOLUTELY not going to run my credit. We never even got NEAR the point to financing/leasing before I left. This is ridiculous! I have filed a complaint with the consumer protection bureau. If you go in, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL--THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY AREN'T! I went to Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia today. Test drove cars at Nissan, Toyota, Honda and Kia. NO ONE, except Kia, did official hard INQUIRIES on my credit because none got close to the point of financing!

Run credit AS SOON as you walk in
