Didn't Buy The Car We Went For
My husband & I went to Courtesy KIA to test drive & purchase the new Niro. We test drove the Niro, my husband couldn't get our of the passenger seat & I felt the car was tinny.We told our sales rep, Andres, that we would like to test drive a Soul - but not just any Soul - we wanted to drive the Wild Orange one that was on the showroom floor. He didn't balk at having to move it outside [even though he had a nice white Soul for us to test drive] and next thing you know we were signing on the dotted line to purchase "Lucy"!

Not expected to buy a Kia
I instinctively found my way to a Kia dealership after researching or considering Audi, Volkswagen, Honda, Mazda, Subaru and Acura Suvs. The experience was more than gratifying, and enlightening as well. I met Darryl Malmin at the entrance and began an unexpected rewarding experience, unparalleled in my 40 year car buying experience. He was the most hardworking, engaging, pleasant and sincere (especially in the world of sales) person that my wife, brother, and I ever encountered. He provided every detail about the Sorento and its many features and exhibited patience that every buyer should experience. He kept us updated even when it was necessary to wait and really proved to be the difference in making the ultimate choice of a Kia Sorento. No regrets! I will happily submit that more people consider the Kia family of vehicles, and suggest that they seek out Darryl in particular. We need more like him in the industry
