My daughter and I went to Courtesy Kia of Brandon and Eldrick Bright the Sales person that helped us to the end of the deal did an outstanding job of taking care of us. We were referred to him from a very close couple who are like family to us. They highly recommended Eldrick Bright because they were very happy with their purchase and how everything fits in their budget. We both bought cars that fit perfectly in our budget. I don't think that there are enough characters allowed in this space to tell you how FANTASTIC my car buying experience was with Erich and Brett last week! From the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I came in with questions and concerns and as fate would have it, Erich was just the guy I needed to work with that night! Making a genuine and engaging connection with someone can't be forced, and I knew that Erich was sincere, up front, and ever the optimist from the word go. I really felt like he was looking out for me and genuinely listened to what it was I was looking for, we had so many laughs all the way through the entire process. I see why he is the Customer Service Manager and can't thank him enough for all that he did for me! Poor Brett, I gave him a xxxx of a time when I first got into his office, but he was nothing short of awesome as well.
