Salesman, Alister Loblack
I came in looking for a used car, something that would be comparable to my budget. We had in mind a specific car. However, after talking with Alister, he offered me another option, and that was leasing, which I had never done. He made me comfortable, as he explained my options between buying and leasing. Bottom line, I was out the door with a brand new Kia Soul, leasing. Alister's approach was clear, direct, but, proving both can be done while still being courteous and friendly; putting me as ease in the purchasing of my vehicle.

Top notch!!!!
Cristian was amazing. His product/feature knowledge is tremendous. Coming from a 10 year old SUV that didn't even have Bluetooth, it was his demonstration and explanation of all the features and technology of the 2017 Sorento SXL seamless and not overwhelming. I highly recommend. His knowledge and passion for the brand and specific products is second to none.

Great Experience!
Don't know where to start! If you are fed up with car salesman telling you the same old thing... Courtesy Kia is the place to go. Rafael and Amy are wonderful. They are down to earth people that truly work with you to get the price that you want. Two of the nicest people you ever wanted to meet. Rafael has extensive knowledge of every vehicle from safety ratings to engine size to fuel consumption. He knows each and every one of these cars like the back of his hand. Amy has a heart of gold. Amy truly just wants to make you happy and sell you the best car suited to your needs. Now on to the service department. I have dealt with numerous service departments at numerous dealers over the years and have never and I mean NEVER worked with a service department that had such consistent exceptional service as Courtesy Kia. I truly believe that that is a result of their great manager Rodney. They don't make them better than him. His customer service skills and true empathy for his customers is truly amazing. After going to seven different dealerships to look for my vehicle's I know I made the right decision. Thank you Courtesy Kia Rodney, Rafael and Amy for an amazing experience!! I love my new Kia Soul and Kia Forte ( yes they were so good.. I bought two!! )

Horrible Sales Experience
I moved to Tampa Bay last May and as a Kia owner needed somewhere to service my car that I could trust. After reading some reviews I decided on this dealership. I went in a few weeks ago to get my Optima serviced and was approached my Rosa in the Vehicle Exchange program they have. From the very beginning I told her that I am only interested if my payments are about the same and they paid my current car off so I do not owe anything more on it. I test drove the 2016 model of what I have an honestly loved the car. In every measurable way it is a significant upgrade from the 2013 Optima SXL that I have now. I was assured that we could work something out that would work for me. I ended up leaving the dealership and took a couple of weeks to think about it. I ended up sending her an email with the deal that I was comfortable with and told her to call me if we could get close and work something out. I sent 2 emails within 2 minutes of one another, one had the monthly payment i was looking for and money down and the 2nd had the financing terms (60 months). Rosa called me the next day and said they had accepted my terms. I was excited since I was expecting some kind of negotiation and went in the following morning expecting to sign on the dotted line and leave in my new car. Upon arriving I test drove a sportage as well and then decided to stay with the optima. The "deal" that was placed in front of me was NOTHING like what they had supposedly "accepted" the day before. I went back and forth with them for more than an hour and finally decided my time had been wasted, got up and walked out. The entire time Rosa kept saying that i was "young and have good credit" and I should take this "great deal" I was getting. I am young and have good credit, this is true. But it is because I do not make deals like this one!!! Both of the sales people kept talking over me, were fairly insulting and very pushy. I have bought and sold over 10 cars from many dealers and have NEVER been treated this poorly. I find it ironic that their name is Courtesy Kia after the experience that I had. I am so upset about this that I am looking at other dealerships in the Tampa Bay area for when it is time to service my Optima again. My experience with this sales team is a horrible representation of the Kia brand.

Courtesy Kia Brandon most professional in TampaBay
I internet shopped and contacted five Kia dealers in the Tampa Bay Florida area. Four of them did not provide me with the details in their pricing and focused on trying to get me into their showrooms for the old style high pressure sales routine. Not Courtesy Kia in Brandon. They were quick to respond, professional, courteous, and provided me with a WRITTEN detailed quote with the vehicle stock number so I could examine it on their internet site. After negotiating with them, they beat the other dealers lowest price by $1,400. I bought my 2017 Kia Sorento Ex V6 last week from them and HIGHLY recommend them over the other local dealers.
