I have been taking my vehicle in several times for AC
I have been taking my vehicle in several times for AC work, spent a ton of money and are having the same and now new problems with the AC. Taking my vehicle in there was not my first choice and now am regretting taking it in.

It is the case in all dealerships that there is too much
It is the case in all dealerships that there is too much waiting. This is warranted where you wait for other agencies to respond Efforts need to be made to shorten this drawn out process. The sales representative did his best to make me feel comfortable. I eventually got the vehicle that I wanted at a compromise price. No biggie. You are in the business to make money.

I would say that Jenkins is very fortunate to have Aaliyah as a salesperson her professional manners and can do attitude made for a successful transaction Aaliyah not only picked me up at home but also made sure all my questions and concerns were completely answered to my satisfaction best sales associate that I have come across on the more than 10 vehicles i have purchased from Jenkins Nissan I have always received very good attention from staff but I say Aaliyah definitely went over the top I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted I had just sold my 2025 Armada while at the showroom I noticed a Rogue Platinum not crazy about the color she says to me I have a two tone in the yard she pull up and we went for a test drive and after some negotiations we signed and Aaliya took it to make sure it was prepped and clean and I purchased the car Thank You Aaliyah

Luis was amazing and made a horrible situation a little
Luis was amazing and made a horrible situation a little better. I had my Nissan Murano serviced for an issue. After I paid $2000 I went to get my car and it was still not drivable. The service center looked at my car again and was now saying it would be another $2000 to fix the car. Knowing the total would be $4000 to fix my 8 year old car I wanted to trade in. Luis was kind and helpful through the entire experience. I would recommend him to anyone. This is my 4th time purchasing a car from Jenkins.
