I was insulted by the blond older lady that took the info from the car ,I never felt so humiliated, she need to work on her customer service

My visit was quick this time! Friendly and reasonably priced! I was called when the job was done.

Service was great. Sales was all over me trying to sell me a new car. That I didn’t like

This car buying process was way too long (6+hrs) and we went through too many obstacles to get the car we wanted. Was first shown a car that was not presentable (dog hair and stickers all over it) we couldn’t even test drive it. Test drove another vehicle which was the one we ended up going with, Sami did a great job pivoting and being persistent. When we came back to talk numbers management took way too long with offers. We only came to look at two cars and management kept showing us different cars that we weren’t interested in at all which was just a waist of time. Sami did his job well but, I hope to never step foot in this place again.

Everyone was super professional they surprised me with the fact that my warranty work came with a loaner car which was something I didn't expect so I really appreciated that I've tried to reach out a couple of times via email I haven't called yet since I left the install everything works but when I was in the backseat the cover for the repair site is off in the fabric from my seat is loose so I'll try to reach out by telephone but the car was repaired and record time just got a couple of loose ends we got to figure out just to get the cover back on the motor that they replaced so I appreciate you guys everything was fabulous and I was super excited that I also was able to have a loaner car and I'll try to make a call or swing by so we can just tie up the last loose ends on the repair thank you so much.
