First of all I didn't work with Sami except over the phone , I dealt with Melanie Rivera on the sale ! And the experience could not be better ! Very knowledgeable and helpful by explaining everything to me and I couldn't be happier ! Great experience and a great Truck that I am still pinching myself to see if it is just a dream ! I had an oil and transmission oil change on Thursday and all the inspections and had to have my car towed on Sunday as my car was dead l had to pay $77.00 more to have it towed to you than my roadside insurance paid and I feel that you should pay it for my loyalty as l do all my service with you guys
