Dylan our service guy was excellent. He was very polite and efficient. We had a great loaner. We were greeted by our salesman who remembered us. He told us if we had any questions or problems to see him. Dylan made everything so easy that was not necessary. Will tell everyone about Eagle Buick.

First time there and stood around waiting for someone to
First time there and stood around waiting for someone to help me while they all stood around discussing what kind of computer to buy. 1hr45 mins for an oil change/tire rotation is ridicules. Waiting area was old and uncomfortable. When my car was done no one told me it was. Not impressed. Highly unlikely I will return.
