I just purchased my second Ford from Chaparral Ford in Devine Texas. Richard Burwell was may Sales Consultant and he was great. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. The entire staff at Chaparral, to include Sales, Parts, and Service departments all provided unequaled customer service. Zach Morris, the General Manager, personally met with me to make sure I was receiving the best possible customer service. I received a great deal that other dealerships could not even come close to matching. I highly recommend Chaparral Ford for your next vehicle purchase. I believe it will be the best car buying experience you will ever have.

Best experience buying a new F250.
Best experience buying a new F250. Other dealers in San Antonio were rude. These guys got me financed with terms that were the best. Thumbs up. 10 out of 10. I met the service manager too. They made me feel welcome.

BEWARE
Very unprofessional, no communication within the employees, however,Lydia was very helpful, be careful if your elderly relatives purchase a vehicle there, they will take advantage of them, they sold my dad a ford ranger, sold as is, within 2 weeks the engine light went on, took it to Devine and told me they would call me, 2 weeks later no call from them so I decided to call call them and they didn’t even know where the vehicle was, what a joke, turns out they had it in Devine, spoke with Steve, and he sounded sincere, he said he would talk to all the employees involved, and would call me back, 3 days later, no call, called them and the salesman supervisor for 8-24-2023, in a very rude way, just told me they can’t do anything about fixing my dads truck, mind you, he’s 83 years old, went by himself, and didn’t even know what he signed. This place is a joke, never saw anything like this, not sure what type of business they’re running, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE, READ THE SMALL PRINT!!! Can’t believe how much my dad for this lemon! I would rate this place a zero!

Very impressed with Chaparral Ford.
Maria went out of her way to make our buying experience a real pleasure. Maria even came in on her day off to help me and my wife buy a Ford Ranger. Maria was the main reason we bought a vehicle at Chaparral Ford and not some other dealership. Maria definitely gets a five-star rating.

Insulted
I had a horrible experience with Stephan. I was looking at a 2014 Ford F150 with low mileage priced at $32,000.00. I researched value of like vehicles and found that if I owned a like vehicle and learned that I could get $14,000.00 if I was selling to an agency or could ask $25,000.00 in a private sale. When I called Stephan and told him that I felt their vehicle was overpriced, he texted back telling me that if I could not afford the $32,000.00 we could look at lower priced vehicles. I was hoping Chaparral Ford would negotiate with me and not insult me.
