Excellent experience with Principal.
Excellent experience with Principal. Service writer was outstanding. Very thorough and professional. Found a Volvo warranty deal resulting in a comprehensive review of the entire vehicle as well as a free oil service. Kept us informed about the progress of the service.

This dealership operates in sheer professionalism. Their integrity is unmatched and so is their kindness and empathy. I had a 2015 S60 that I desperately needed to get rid of. Repairs were becoming more extensive and it was no longer safe to drive. Needless to say, after visiting several dealerships, Principle Volvo was the only willing to work with me. Wayne, the Sales Manager, Arturo, the Finance Manager, and Ricco, the Client Advisor, were determined- not only to get me into a new car- but a new car I could afford. They were very diligent to make it happen. And because of this, I will forever be grateful.
