Very understand and patient with their customer. Is a won in my book. Took my vehicle in, luckily I have extend warranty. But Ryan took good care of us

Second XC90 that has had an axel break off or an axel

Second XC90 that has had an axel break off or an axel needing to be replaced. Both the 2019 and 2022 had under 40k miles. Unsure why axels are a maintenance issue with a vehicle under 40k miles

Your management team needs to go see what a superior waiting room is like. Even the Subaru dealer down the street is much more appointed and comfortable.. I heard you are going to move your showroom so maybe that?s why you haven?t upgraded your waiting room.

The service was good however, the communication was not

The service was good however, the communication was not very good. I waited in the waiting area for over three hours then happened to look out the window and saw my vehicle. I can?t tell you how long it had been out there. I went looking for my service rep who had to be tracked down and then he had to track down the key to my vehicle. I also inquired about purchasing a second key for my vehicle and haven?t received a response.

My experience with Daniel was absolutely awesome. He took great care of me knowing I was in a bind on time to get out of town. He made sure the paperwork was ready to sign and the car out front when I got there. Thank you Daniel.

My service rep, Anna, was superb!

My service rep, Anna, was superb! Service tech did not reset the scheduled maintenance notifications. This is basic, stuff. Whe I start the car it says I need to schedule service still. Grrrrr
