Original problem was not addressed, they talked 86 yr old

Original problem was not addressed, they talked 86 yr old women into $1000 of fluid changes on a Chevy van. It was brought in for windshield wiper repairs and they never fixed it. Called her, said it was done and ready to go. Next day she decided to check it and found they were not working. Called service writer and left message snd have not heard back after 2 weeks. Called service manager and haven?t heard back in over a week. It?s really my fault?- I had problems with them in the past and swore I would never take anything back to them. Decided to give them another chance?/ huge mistake!!! So, this rating forms requires that you at least give a 1 star to submit, they don?t deserve a 1 star rating in my opinion.

My truck is under warranty still AND I brought it in for

My truck is under warranty still AND I brought it in for multiple recalls. It was there all day and the dealership said they did not do loaner cars so that I could go to work and carry out my day to have less of an inconvenience. I own 3 different brands of cars and Chevrolet is the ONLY dealer to not take care of there customers with a loaner vehicle when something under warranty or recall is being fixed. This is crazy. Maybe you should do training with Toyota. They are by far the best with Ford right behind.

Horrible place that does not care about you or the

Horrible place that does not care about you or the vehicles they sell. Not even a week after purchase the AC stopped working. Called the dealership and got told to bring it in for an inspection. Once arrived they tried to charge me over $100 just to look at it. I will NEVER do business with them and will do everything in my power to help other avoid the same issues. All they do is lie and try to put a good face up but dont ever do anything to help. Stay away, SCAM of a business

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware. We bought a used car here that was in the transmission shop less than 24 hours later. It needs a rebuild to the tune of $5500 dollars. When we talked to Alan the manager he said they don't test drive the cars any more than the consumer does which is essentially a drive around the block on service roads. He said we should have brought it to them but, excuse me, we don't trust you as your salesman said it had been "checked out" by your service department. This isn't a corner lot dealer but they function like one.

Service Department customers BEWARE.

Service Department customers BEWARE. Took in 2020 Silverado for repair on service light since we received in a letter from Chevrolet on bulletin for glow plug. Dealer stated vehicle had multiple codes on top of glow plug. They would have to run a diagnostic check for each code and if power train warranty covered repairs they would wave diagnostic fee $189. Glow plug code was covered. Other 2 codes they had to perform a smoke test for a leak which would have been covered if there was a leak but dealer couldn’t find. Dealer then reset the codes and charged for 2hrs of diagnostics testing $189x2 plus tax=$416. Spoke with Service Mgr Kendra to ask why am I still being charged for just resetting an engine light. She said we had to charge for the labor that we put into the job. I fell right into this dealer strategy trap. Bottom line customers, do not fall for this strategy. Go get a cheaper diagnosis somewhere else. And if item is covered under warranty then take to a dealer.

Straightforward and Honest

I enjoy the openness of Don. He is very straightforward and clear in all the steps. He makes sure that I understood the whole process.
