Great Service Dept

I had an excellent customer service experience with Aziz, great communication and friendly. Shuttle driver, Efron, was a safe driver and very friendly. Definitely recommend Valmark service department. We will use them again.

False advertising - they lie about vechicle featur

False advertising of the vechicle feature and price..They are misleading added feature that the vechicle don't actually have and expect for you to look and test all the things..My vehicle supposedly was for a 7 passenger but no third 3 row seats as shown on their post..Sale Manager doesn't care about keeping the customer coming back he rather have the money..Tried getting in contact to the dealers or someone higher left email,voice-mail, message ect..Nothing no call backs..or anything to address their misleading advertising and the lying sales personnel including the sale manager..I can't imagine how many customers they have lost and will continue losing if they continue ignoring us and avoiding to hear the truth about what going on in their dealership..

Not happy with the job explanation on the work required. I didn't like being texted with the work needed. Not explained well.

Lack of communication.

Terrible experience. Dropped my truck off for a 9am appointment. Called 2 times b4 close, & got not return call. Waited until noon the next day b4, calling because of no call. I understand it can take time to do a diagnosis, but should at least get a call to let u know what's going on. Sad thing is that it happened before U think I would of learned. I won't be going back.

The 4th Time's the Charm

I've been to multiple dealerships throughout America, this Service Dept gets a 4 out 10. My transmission was successfully changed. Kudos for that. However, it took about 4 tries to remedy my AC issue (the original reason for me bringing in my vehicle). Codes popped up for faulty sensors, but it wasn't changed out until the 4th time I went to the Service Dept.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Treated like crap because I didn’t schedule $8000 worth of repairs on a 2011 vehicle. I did pay $87 for an estimate for needed repairs. I was promised a car wash and since I didn’t schedule repairs, the wash was canceled. I asked around and was told never go to ValMark Chevy. They lost my business and I’ll spread the poor review.

Zero customer service

Made an appointment for an hours work. Dropped vehicle off at 11:30. I showed up at 3:30 to pick it up. They haven't started yet, why? Because they got a bunch of oil change jobs they did instead!! Service advisor told me the reason. I am thinking about filing a civil suit in small claims court for compensation for my time. With a jury I should win, don't ya think?

Dealer response

There is most likely always going to be an extended wait time when you arrive 1.5 hours early for your scheduled drop off. We would have had at least 4-6 oil changes that would have been scheduled between the time you dropped off and the time you were scheduled. We try very hard to keep on schedule but COVID has caused delays in parts and shortage of employees. The services that were scheduled do take longer than an hour to perform. I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations.

Hassle free purchased a truck in one hour . Great prices. JD did a great job streamlining the process. I would definitely recommend family and friends . My wife is looking for the new Blazer so I will definitely be back .
