Went in just to have my car repaired, and my husband decided to look around while he waited for me to come get him, once there we started to shop... around for a used vehicle , but ended up buying new one in stead. We are very pleased with are new vehicle. Sincerely Mr and Mrs Gomez.
Just had my 2007 HHR worked on in their service department. I can not say enough their professionalism, customer service and quality of work. They want... their customers to return not run from them. I worked with Arron Bratcher and he was more than great he was terrific. Thanks Arron.
Easy to work with ValMark Chevrolet on getting in a new vehicle. Appreciate everything, JD, Chris, Mark and the entire team did to help us throughout the... process. Fantastic customer service and they treat you like family! Thanks for everything.
I took my car in at start of business (7 am) and was given a ride home. No one called me during the day with an update. I called after lunch and was told... they were still working on my car. They finally called me at 4:50 pm to tell me they found the problem. Then a call at 5:18 pm telling me the car is fixed and the courtesy driver was on the way to pick me up. Ii would have liked more contact with updates from Valmark.
Great Service , the people there very friendly and know their job.

I started having issues with my Ignition. The key would not come out from time to time. I took it in within the warranty period. They told me it was fixed.... Days later the issue starts up again. I took it back in and guess what, I no longer have warranty. I told Blake that I had brought it before for the same issue and he said “ well sir it’s something different now “ . I paid them almost 500 bucks to fix it. They kept my truck for 24 hours. They called me and told me the truck was ready. I get in my truck drove home and guess what ! ? The key wouldn't come out of the ignition. I called Blake’s line and left a voicemail and never heard back. They are a bunch of liars and thief’s. I plan to report them to the better business Bureau. I have informed all my friends and family about this place and they all swore never to shop there. I plan to continue to spread the experience I had with them. I don’t want anyone else wasting money or their time here with this Pathetic excuse for a dealership. You’ve been warned!!! Plenty of other dealerships in the area. Avoid this place !!!!!
My husband and I were so happy with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were so impressed with our car salesman Clarence Davis. He knew his stuff... and got us into an amazing convertible. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Vehicle was taken in for an extended warranty/recall situation. Service dept. claimed to perform a diagnostics to see if the failing part was leaking... and said it wasn't. No results of this "diagnostic test" were provided. They also claim to do a tire inspection (no) and give a "complimentary" car wash (no again). In the end we were charged an undisclosed $90 fee, no service was performed, and our vehicle was held hostage until it was paid. Also had a newfound oil leak to go with the troubles. Be sure to ask counter host Robert for some snake oil.
