I was there 6 1/2 hours just to get an oil change my

I was there 6 1/2 hours just to get an oil change my battery replaced and a basic diagnostic they did everything but what I asked didn?t need an inspection. I?ve just bought brand new tires. I had them to change my brakes. A few months prior basic diagnostic should?ve took 20 minutes. Oil change should?ve took 20 minutes battery replace maybe an hour. I should?ve been out of there in less than two hours, unfortunately for me, it is the only one in the area

Vehicle has 3k miles and has been in that shop over 4

Vehicle has 3k miles and has been in that shop over 4 times. All Manufacturer issues. Fixed every time; just to be back in within weeks, for a different issues. I was sold a “Lime” and service keeps using band aids to fix it. This a a new vehicle, that is NOT reliable. I have lost over 80 hrs of work, that NO ONE will compensate me for. Now, I was advise parts have 1 year warranty, (what a joke!) The vehicle has NOT even completed year yet and has been to the shop over 4 times for major issues. Is this how Stearling McCall GMC operates? Selling limes so that within a year or two, service department charges for non-warranty and make their monthly goal? It seems the answer is yes! This is the last time, I purchase a GMC.
