Basil and his team are great.

Basil and his team are great. My car was part of those that have been recalled and GMC was prompt in checking the vehicle. It got us scared at first because of the potential threat but Basil assured us that the inspection was warranted to ensure the engine is on top shape.

From moment I arrived, technician tried to double the

From moment I arrived, technician tried to double the price of the service even though I booked a specific service program ahead of time. Claimed I needed $2k of additional repairs, including a $500 battery - have had zero issues with the battery on a 2yr old Yukon with 30k miles. When I declined the battery, the technician then claimed the car was dead - they could either jump it or buy a new battery. Seems all too convenient. After the service was finished, I had another auto repair place verify both the alternator and battery were in good condition. Double check what the technicians are pushing on you!
