Don’t waste your money or time!
Don’t waste your money or time! Communication is terrible; you’ll be sitting for 3 hours but they haven’t even begun to work on your vehicle. Johnathon is horrid to work with; he works in the service dept. He lies so much he believes it! Run away from Sterling GMC! The actual service performed proved disastrous; they said it was one problem it was something else. When I informed the manger of the check engine light was still on The manager replies “did you tell us what was wrong or did we diagnose it”. Resulting in a refund! No NO NOOO

How are you going to look into my concern? The facts are: Sterling GMC did not do a diagnosis on my vehicle, you installed parts that weren’t technically needed (had you done the diagnosis), Classic Elite in Katy did a full diagnosis and there were certainly some issues over looked that could have cost me a fortune had I left it up to Sterling GMC! Sterling GMC is terrible with communication; so I’m surprised about the Fake “ill look into it” I recommend Classic Elite GMC in Katy. Have a blessed day! Take your business elsewhere Sterling GMC is not deserving of it.

For example: my power steering was having problems, instead of diagnosing, they go straight to the pump and my warranty authorizes the repair. Once I took it to Classic Elite, they indicated the power steering is failing due to a leak in the water pump; both parts covered by my warranty btw! ( from my understanding deals with the engine coolant). Sterling GMC is terrible with communication; so I’m surprised about the Fake “I’ll look into it” I recommend Classic Elite GMC in Katy.

Excellent service. Professional staff. Car service finished before promised time. Staff called when car was ready. The car inspection is detailed and they even send a video of the inspection. They also provide a free car wash.
