Great customer service and aims to please.

Great customer service and aims to please. My salesperson Stephanie took care of all my concerns with the new vehicle purchase and the dealership took care of the minor blemishes on the car before I took delivery.

Great service

I dropped my truck off for service and was given an option for to reply by phone to select the recommended service needed as well with a video showing my truck of what the mechanic sees. Great job and I will be back and will refer my Dad has well when he needs his truck serviced.

The used truck I bought had 2 minor issues that the

The used truck I bought had 2 minor issues that the salesman said could be repaired by their service department. So I bought the truck and left it there thinking it was going to be fixed. Four days later the salesman text me that it’s ready, and when I picked up the truck, nothing had been fixed. My salesman was gone for the day, and there was no documentation on the repairs like I asked

Service Department

Sales Department is great but I'm writing in regards to Service Dept. We purchased a brand new Yukon and it began to have problems. We made an appt days in advance but still after 5 hours of waiting plus me calling, my husband finally got a loaner car because they were nowhere near ready to even look at it. This location is an hour away from us but since we were told by our sales rep they were good, we didn't mind the drive. After my husband drove back days later, they said a part needed to be ordered. Once the part arrived, they informed us and we scheduled another appt to put it on. Now my husband has been sitting up there 3 hours once again even after making yet another appt. All of this just for them to tell us oops wrong part came in we will have to order again. My husband then stated he will just go to a closer dealership and could they ship the part there. They said unfortunately no, you will need to start the process over. He stated the service dept is nice, but such a waste of time. The appts don't seem to matter but surely if they went somewhere on their only day off, they wouldn't want to spend 5 hours of it waiting for their already scheduled appt.
