Great Service

It was time for an oil change. The techs also checked a number (64?) of other parts of the car & sent a text that all passed. To top it off, they washed the car & did a beautiful job. Plus, I really love my salesman. Great guy!

Made us wait after driving and hour and half.

Made us wait after driving and hour and half. Tried to add extra charges, had them removed. Agreed on value of my trade prior to arriving, the only reason I drove that far, then had to haggle over what was agreed upon. Finance guy didn’t tell me what they offered initially, had to ask. They got me on an extended warranty that I didn’t need because the warranty on the vehicle I purchased was transferable. That one is on me. Didn’t particularly like the condescending tone of voice that the finance guy used. I am female, that doesn’t make me stupid. The sales person that ended up helping us, was absolutely wonderful!

Johnathan from the service department was great!

Johnathan from the service department was great! He diagnose and repaired a leak in my Yukon all in 1 day!! Another GMC dealerships wanted me to leave my SUV with them for at least two days just to diagnose it. I decided to give Sterling McCall a try and I was so glad I did. Not only did they repair the leak in 1 day but they also washed and vacuumed my SUV!! They have won me over and I will be getting all of my Yukon service needs done with them from now on! Thank you Johnathan and Sterling McCall GMC!
