I love this dealership cause I never have a long wait

Usually get great service? not this time!

Ny husband took my Enclave in to have the struts replaced on Friday at 1 pm. He asked them to also change the oil. At 4:22 the service agent told him they would not have time to do the work - they had not even started the struts or the oil change. My husband called to reschedule and explained what had happened on Friday. He received an apply for the inconvenience, offered to honor a 10% discount and gave him a price for the work that seemed fair. He took it back today bright and early and waited. It took them 7 hours, they did not change the oil, did not honor the discount and charged him $200 more than the quote he was given.
