They will do their best to sell you a car but their after

They will do their best to sell you a car but their after sale service is horrible, they don’t keep their word nor their promises, I bought a used car from them and the sales associate told me to come back to fix any issue I find, the battery went dead and they simply ignored everything. The sales manager was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. That was southwest freeway location.

Very professional and prompt service. I would recommend you go to this dealership for service. I didn’t actually purchase my vehicle at this dealership but there service is excellent

Best Customer Service In Town

BIG shoutout to ‘Allyce Bass’! Went in for a simple oil change, and found out I needed a few more things done; but Allyce Bass who assisted me was on beat every step of the way! She took care of all me necessities dealing with my issues with understanding and patience! Thanks again so much!

Satisfied customer

Had made an appointment with Christians in Humble. Got there and they didn’t have qualified technicians working that day. Service representative was not helpful at all. I had a completely different experience with Sterling McCall GMC on the SW Frwy. I got a prompt appointment and an Uber ride home. Arnold, service department exceeded my expectations! I give them 2 thumbs up! Thanks Sterling McCall! I will recommend you to all my friends, family and coworkers.

Values money over Customers

Took this dealership two hours to figure out a problem Autozone knew in 5minutes didn’t try finding the exact source of the problem only wanted to change all of the parts, would’ve got something fixed if they were more specific instead of trying to get money. I did the 10% off deal and still paid full price for diagnostics
