2 hours for a scheduled oil change, xxx?

Oil Change Appt Scheduled for 3:30pm. I sat in the service lane for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence and then the oil change took an hour and a half for a pre scheduled appointment to complete. Why have appointments at all of you can’t keep them? I guess there’s a reason all of these quick service oil change places exist and they are getting my business going forward.

I purchased my Yukon in 2013 and always took it to the Sterling McCall dealership for any and all service. 2 months ago GMC replaced my oil sensor, however, it was my oil pump that was defective. A month later the oil pump went completely out. While the pump was defective it was not pumping enough oil to the engine. Long story short, it ruined the motor during the defective period. GMC said $11,000 for used and $13,000 for new motor. I towed it from there to Caliber and they replaced it for less than $6000 including taxes. GMC rep I spoke to yesterday named Chris told me he had “no empathy” for me cause I took the vehicle to Caliber. Unbelievable service recovery!! I’ll never again do business there!! The rep is pathetic! The service rep Chris is phenomenal, and obviously is a different person than Chris that was unprofessional.

Very pleasant experience.

I had a very pleasant experience today with Mr. Harouna Fofana. He explained every question I needed answers for. Her kept me informed about what was needed and I left completely satisfied. Good customer service.

It was quick and painless . We purchased 2 auto. One for my son and one for me. Andrew was excellent to work with . Mr Luis Guerra was also a asset. Efren the finance director got me in and out within 10 min

Sterling McCall Group sells cars of all brands

Great team, Eugine and Andrew in sales and (2) other great professionals with the paper work. Andrew showed me a great variety of cars and I love my new Envision- wasn’t even on my list. (okay the radio took a while to get used to).
