I was having issues with my 2013 Buick LaCrosse, but I was able to speak with my service agent A. Profane. I anticipated my car would not be ready for a few days, however it was ready before closing. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Service Quality
If appointment is set, you will be in and out in approximately 1-4 hours. I set my appointment at the earliest time on a weekday. They work with you on paying your service bill and will give you complementary perks for repeated service such as detail your car or free XM radio.

Waste of time
It was not good this time told them the left low beam light was out and last time it was a bed Ballast, they gave me quote for the low beam light and order the high beam then got the low beam bulb and that was not the problem it was the ballast GMC ballast is back ordered with no time ask the to check aftermarket they did but a quote of $480 when I I can get one for $257 a fair profit is ok but that is way to much. This all took from 2pm Friday to 5 Pm Tuesday. What a waste of time. I just picked up the car I will do it my self.

Great service, including uber
My car needed a part and they had to get it from a different dealership. My service advisor, Aaron Fofana, ubered me home and ubered me back to the dealership when my car was ready. Great service advisor all around.

Received excellent prompt customer service went in without an appointment due to check engine light soon as I got in they took the vehicle right back and correct the error I will definitely be recommending this facility to others

Took my truck into sterling mccall gmc. Because of a check engine light. My service adviser was Arnold Ramirez. They properly diagnosed my truck and completed all my service needs in a timely manner.

Very tardy service
